The Cognitive Behaviour Therapy with Mindfulness (CBTm) program aims to introduce simple and easy to use skills for individuals hoping to improve and strengthen their mental health. In these classes, participants will learn to recognize unhelpful ways of thinking, helping them to better understand how their behaviour and motivation can impact mental well-being. The program highlights healthy coping skills for managing stressors that are common in day to day life.
